Hangzhou Dianzi University

Founded in 1956 and located in the historical and cultural city of Hangzhou, Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) is listed as one of the 5 key universities approved by Zhejiang ProvincialGovernment in 2015.

The distinctive programs of HDU are electronic science and technology, engineering and information technology as well as management and economics. There are 57 undergraduate programs and 70 postgraduate programs along with multiple interactive disciplines and specialties offered at 21 academic schools.

The university provides Doctoral Programs in Control Science & Engineering, Electronics Science & Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering. In recent years, HDU has completed a series of high-tech research projects as well as many state and provincial funded research projects in different fields.

The university has successfully established partner relationships with 80 universities and colleges in America, Russia, Canada, Britain, France, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Italy,Australia, Japan, Belarus, etc.

HDU has set up 3 English-taught Bachelor programs in Business Management, International Economics and Trade, Telecommunication Engineering, and 3 English-taught Master programs in Business Management, Automation, and Telecommunication Engineering.

Meanwhile, HDU has established more than 80 English-taught undergraduate and graduate courses in management, economics, accounting, telecommunication engineering, electronic information and computer science and technology, etc.
